As we begin 2026, we want to take a moment to reflect on where Zynergy has been and share how we are thinking about the year ahead.

2025 was an intense and formative year for our organization. It was a year defined by careful planning, disciplined decision-making, and a deep commitment to building the right foundation. We spent significant time refining our strategy, strengthening our internal systems, and thoughtfully selecting operating partners who share our long-term mindset and values.

That work mattered.

We enter 2026 with confidence in our approach and, just as importantly, confidence in the people we are building with. Alignment, integrity, and execution discipline were central to every decision we made, and they remain core to how Zynergy operates.

A Key Milestone

One of the most meaningful milestones to come out of that work was the launch of the Zynergy Digital Innovation Fund on January 2, 2026—the first trading day of the year. Launching at the start of the year was intentional and reflects our focus on clarity, structure, and thoughtful execution as we move forward.

The Fund is structured as a hybrid, open-ended investment vehicle designed to reflect the evolving nature of innovation and capital markets. It is built to allow participation across both public and private investments and to provide flexibility as opportunities develop over time.

The investment mandate is intentional. The Fund may invest in companies across sectors, market-capitalization sizes, and geographies, including both domestic and international markets. This approach allows Zynergy to remain adaptable while maintaining a disciplined focus on quality, strong tech, leadership, and long-term value creation.

How We Think About 2026

We view 2026 as a year of momentum and execution.

Our investment philosophy remains consistent: we believe innovation and technology are foundational drivers of business growth. When combined with strong leadership teams and disciplined capital allocation, these forces can create durable outcomes across market cycles.

Many of the companies Zynergy evaluates and invests in are not yet widely recognized. We believe this is often where the most interesting opportunities exist—before broader attention arrives and long-term value is fully reflected.

Thoughtfully expanding Zynergy’s Digital AI Lab, where technology, capital, and execution come together to explore and build innovative business opportunities
