James Zimbardi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zynergy, where he leads Zynergy’s vision to redefine wealth creation at the intersection of technology and capital markets. With more than 29 years of experience building and scaling digital ventures, James has established himself as a results-driven leader who combines financial acumen, innovation, and relationship capital to deliver lasting value for investors.

In addition to leading Zynergy, James was the Co-Founder and Senior Partner of a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm with Charles Schwab serving as custodian. In this role, James oversaw mergers and acquisitions, led a team of financial advisors, and guided the firm’s executive-level strategic decisions.

Earlier in his career, James worked on Big Idea projects for Fortune 500 corporations such as Disney and SAIC, where he leveraged advanced digital tech solutions to tackle complex business challenges. Notably, he was an early pioneer in applying artificial intelligence technologies as far back as the early 2000s, long before AI entered the mainstream of financial and business strategy.

James has engineered and launched large-scale companies and digital products across industries, including finance, telecommunications, healthcare, education, real estate, and media. He has led management and innovation consulting engagements globally, overseeing teams across five countries. His ability to align business strategy with cutting-edge technologies—artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced digital platforms, has positioned him as a trusted advisor to executives, entrepreneurs, and investors.

At Zynergy, James oversees the Zynergy’s Digital Innovation & AI-Focused Fund, which invests in both public and private companies, and the Digital AI Lab, which incubates and launches high-conviction ventures in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and emerging technologies. His leadership emphasizes disciplined capital allocation, investor transparency, and building community-based culture, relationships rooted in trust, shared vision, and long-term impact.
